Frequently Asked Questions

Please email me at zarin@zhgtherapy.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes—this is the heart of my practice. I bring lived experience and cultural awareness to support BIPOC and neurodivergent adults in a space that feels safe and affirming.

Not at all. Many people come to therapy just wanting to better understand themselves, heal from the past, or navigate stress and identity in a more grounded way.

I support clients through trauma, ADHD, burnout, boundary setting, identity exploration, inner child work, and more. Whatever you're holding—we'll start there.

I offer virtual sessions during Fridays and weekends daytime hours. You can book a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit.

Yes—I offer limited sliding scale spaces. If cost is a concern, feel free to ask about options during your consult.

Yes. I use a secure, PHIPA- and PIPEDA-compliant platform, and many clients find that virtual therapy allows them to feel more at ease and comfortable in their own space.
