Hello there!
If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for psychotherapy and counselling services –whether for yourself or for someone else. It can be a scary step to seek help. I should know, I’ve been there as well. As such, I will do my best to support you with integrative counselling within my professional competency.
My Services
I currently work with teens aged 14+ and adults only. I do not offer children's therapy or family therapy at this time. My services are virtual throughout Ontario.
My Background
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) meaning that I must continuously demonstrate that I possess the required knowledge, skill and judgment to safely practise psychotherapy and ensure I meet the College standards. Part of that means receiving regular supervision from experienced CRPO approved Registered Psychotherapists. All this is to ensure you are provided safe and reliable care.
My Therapeutic Approach
I work from a strength-based, compassion-focused, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed lens. I will work collaboratively with you by integrating various theories and modalities to find what works best for you! I try my best to be flexible and creative in a way that works for you because therapy does not have to be put in a box. I am not here to judge you or tell you what to do; I am here to guide and provide support.
