I sometime say I feel like a cat. From the constant sleepiness, the random zoomies, the jumpiness/skittishness, and strange attachment patterns. Unfortunately, I am not a cat so what works for them is not so functional for me. Instead, it is my ADHD brain and mental health struggle manifesting.

Perhaps because of my own personal mental health journey and lived experiences, I’ve always connected with the misfits and outcasts and those that don’t quite fit in. Eventually though I found myself and my people. My journey helped me understand authenticity and the value of human connection.

As such, I do my best to bring in compassion and patience to the mental health service I provide. I believe the importance of supporting mind-body connection--not only for the journey to recovery but for promoting wellness as well.
